TSIA SERVICE INITIATIVE

Labor Standards & Guard Welfare Oversight

Promoting fair labor conditions, statutory insurance compliance, occupational health and safety (OHS), and sustainable minimum wage adherence across security providers.

Upholding guard dignity, ensuring fair remuneration, statutory social security compliance, and comprehensive workplace safety for security personnel.

The cornerstone of a reliable private security industry is a valued, protected, and motivated workforce. TSIA is firmly committed to improving the working conditions, social security coverage, and fair compensation of security guards across the nation.

We work in close cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, NSSF, WCF, and OSHA to ensure that member companies comply with statutory minimum wage orders, provide certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain reasonable working hours and rest schedules.
